Amit brings in 15+ years of valuable industry experience that encompasses his previous role as a Corporate Finance & Treasury Analyst with Citi where he primarily focused on Interest rate and currency derivatives analysis with focus on currency hedging and application of US GAAP – ASC 815, macroeconomic analysis, concentration risk, credit risk, cash flow risk, interest rate analysis, counter party risk assessment, debt valuation modeling, market and statistical analysis with major investment banks, Treasury presentations, Risk Management Policy review with periodic budget cash flow forecasting, streamlining treasury operations in collaboration with higher management.
Before Citi, Amit worked as a Sr Equity Analyst with Warner Media Group and CVS Pharmacy, Thomson & Reuters. His responsibilities in his previous roles included financial modeling & analysis, valuation & risk analysis advisory of SEC registered entities operating in Oil & Gas, Airlines, Healthcare, Financial Services and Information Technology industries, valuations, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting of retail structures across US, strategy consulting for aerospace industry and operations implementing control in parent and subsidiaries.
